An hour later I got it off due to having hexagon screws. A mini flathead saved the day. Even after the screws were removed to release the hatch it still gave a bit of trouble. All in all 3050 low profile installation was a success. That is why it is neutral. Because even with all the trouble I had, it still came in the mail working as intended software wise. Future ref please respect GPU installs.
