    I purchased a product from this seller but never received it. Despite knowing this, the seller refused to issue a refund until the shipping company compensated him—ignoring that my purchase was from him, not the shipping company.     This was down to royal mail international delivery, i am still trying to make a claim for this lost parcel by royal mail, i tried my best for the buyer and i fully accepted the full refund which was not a problem, i am still having problems with this parcel from royal mail. the buyer was not at fault but niether was the seller this error was down to the delivery firm. i kept in contact fully with the buyer and ansewred all questions to my best.
