The fill and drain plugs were stripped out and rusty. They would only send 1 email a day so discussing the issues took another week, then they asked if I could get it repaired for a partial refund. They finally told me to request a refund through eBay, but to select "Changed Mind" as the reason. DO NOT BUY from them, it could be my cracked return.
