    El vendedor despachó la mercancía, pero no la he recibido a pesar del largo tiempo transcurrido . No sé si finalmente la recibiré, o se ha extraviado en el camino, o me devolverán mi dinero. La información que hasta ahora he recibido es muy deficiente. Me parece que la comunicación es mejor si compras mediante una computadora que con un teléfono. Veré la posibilidad de iniciar una reclamación porque mi pedido, hasta hoy, ha sido incumplido.

    Buenos dias. He leido el voto hoy mismo. Nosotros hicimos el envio por correos certificado, la Empresa de España y pone que todavia está en tránsito. Se que los envios internacionales pueden retrasarse, salio el dia 16 de junio, y hemos hecho envios que se pueden retrasar hasta 1 mes o mas, esto es un envio a otro continente, ojalá pudieramos decirle que llega en una semana,. Por eso evitamos enviar a ciertos paises por la tardanza de los envios.
