    Exactly as described. The condition is good and the value very fair for this pattern. It was the best price I had found so far. The seller packaged this item with care. I was concerned because it was raining when delivered, but beyond it being in a plastic padded envelope, the pattern itself was wrapped in plastic insuring it was not damaged during shipping. Will definitley follow this seller for other items I may be interested in. Would/will buy from this seller again.
