    Great experience except for item packaging. The figurine was as described and shipped quickly. I was not happy with the packaging, though. The seller used brown packaging paper directly over the original Lladro box and did not fully cover the box resulting in packing tape being stuck to the original box. I damaged the box some when I removed the tape, which was disappointing since some of the value is in having an original box for the piece. Fortunately the figurine is in fine shape.
