The seller used Amazon delivery and they don't have the same methods as ups or fedx. The seller wouldn't do anything so ebay had to fix it. Often if there is a problem with items from a certain country the sellers will play games to deter a return. But we ended up buying another one and ordered it at a time when it was more likely to deliver while we are open

I did have an issue with their Item description and pictures, but they are very prompt with their communication, and are more then willing to help resolve any issue you may have. Also, their shipping speeds are very fast. Overall, this was a Good Transaction.

When the seller and I were discussing sending the product back and who's going to pay for shipping. They just told me to keep the pride up and they would give me a full refund.
