Seller Notes: “Nice antique condition with some extra solder which seems to have been added sometime over the ... “Nice antique condition with some extra solder which seems to have been added sometime over the years to attach brackets. An amazing piece of transportation history! The patent dates on the underside range from 1896 to 1899 in US, England and Canada. The branding is nice and clear: The Badger Brass Mfg. Co. Kenosha, Wis, U.S.A. and "Solar". The nickel plated finish over the brass lamp has a nice antique patina, and there are only a couple of shallow dimples / dents (see closeups). The clear glass front lens has no chips or cracks, the red faceted side glass has no chips or cracks, and the green faceted side glass has only one shallow chip on the edge (see closeup). This lamp is untested, and you experts will know if it needs extra parts that would have originally been included. It looks like aluminum foil was added over the back reflector inside, which could be removed if desired. :) Please see all photos and read full item description.”
