I can't say anything about the communication, since I never talked to them. But overall absolutely amazing. It was packed inside double plastic box and triple bubble envelope. It looked like a lithium battery ready to explode, so packaging was perfect. I installed it in my computer and works fine. I replaced an 5600 CPU with this one and I immediately got some 30% increase in performance. Apart from paying VAT (international transfer) I am really happy with this business. Great dealer and great service.
