    This seller is a ripoff. He advertises this product as, 'with battery and charger', which is also clearly stated on the box. Unfortunately, he does not include the battery which makes the product useless. If, and I say if, he removes the battery and sells that separately he can double his money. I would not recommend him as a seller or this product.....I have sent him a message through Ebay and have received no response, and doubt I will ever hear from him......time will tell
