The seller uses a last mile carrier called OnTrac, which is known for having issues depending on where you live. The item itself was in good condition, with a pretty decent value. The quality is nice but if you're using a standard 45W charger, you're going to occasionally run into power issues, especially if the steam deck is near dead. Try to get a 65W+ charger. Appearance isn't anything to write home about, fairly simple and straight forward.

I love using the dock with my Steam Deck to play arcade games and have had zero problems with it. The metal feels high quality and cradle is perfect. My only gripe is with the actually connector to the dock as it looks vulnerable. Otherwise, I love it.
