I had trouble get into it on my bed. You gotta almost zip it all the way to get in..you need someone to help you. Also the 2 cords at the foot of the unit are very short. You plug them into the controller and then you cant see what lights are on. The arm holes are in the middle of your chest instead of where your arms are! It was confusing that the box said 78 and it was hot!!

I thought the price was too good to be true but has arms included with two heat zones and gets hot quick all the way to 80 c which is 176 f. 5 ft 10 wide shoulders and fits me perfect.
