My 4.1 Klipsch ProMedia board burnt after more than 20 years of use. I wanted to repair it, and it was too old for Klipsch to provide parts and repair for it. On one of their user community thread I came across Henry's email, and he was able resolve my issue in less than 2 weeks from contacting him.
