I am very sorry you feel that way even though I accepted your return right away! The item were wrapped in a thick paper towel inside a padded envelope and it was not damaged, a few stones got loose which happens all the time with vintage items . I did not advise you, I merely asked if you considered gluing the stones back which is what I do when that happens. Pretty confusing to me. I wish you messaged me beforehand, Thank you
