Their communication was slow, they were also completely unapologetic. After a few weeks of being caught in mail system my dryer finally made its way to them. It was repaired and returned to me working (a month a 1 day later) however they replaced the broken button with a used part that was literally completely worn down to the bare plastic. AVOID THIS SELLERS SERVICES .
