Buyer bought item, then after item was shipped, he wants to cancel transaction and get a refund. Once the item was delivered to him, he returns the item the same day and never opened the package. He contacted me and wanted a refund before the item got to my address. I told him once the item is received I will inspect it and than refund him. He got very angry and this is the result.
