Not sure why anyone would mar a perfect item by taping a personal condition slip to it, but that's what the seller did. Pull the condition slip off, and off came the face of a penguin from the cover! Luckily, I knew an artist who could repair the item for me. The item itself was great until then. This seller has been great for me with other sales, even recently, so I don't know what happened. Stop taping condition slips or anything to your items!
