I have tried to contact the seller multiple times. They have agreed my return as the item is damaged and not genuine but they have sent me the incorrect return label. I have been to the Post Office and they said that there is nothing they can do as they can't return to the seller's address as the return label is addressed to me. I cannot get help from eBay as all they say is contact the seller for a new return label. I don't know what to do as I need to return the item by the 4th June.

received NO contact from the buyer, cease and desist letter from our lawyer is on its way to this buyer. They purchase a lip gloss that had a scratch on the outer casing so then claimed it was not genuine, I have invoices to prove it is they don't have anything, out lawyers are on it . A seller themselves on a private account without paying HMRC to avoid fees and also breaching the EU consumer protection law speaks volumes - they will be caught reported and blocked
