Although sheet music was priced right, seller did not take time to properly wrap for mailing. Unfortunately, by the time it reached my mailbox, it was in pretty bad shape. Had seller used a full sheet of cardboard instead of just throwing in two small pieces, the music most likely would have been spared its folding in two and any further crumpling by USPS handlers. Hopefully a hot iron will eliminate many of the creases and folds so it will stand up on the organ music rack. Customer focused?
