Dishonest seller promised to refund on two pairs of ‘Crocs’ if I was willing to pay the return postage. I have photo proof that the parcel was delivered days ago, but the refund hasn’t been issued??!! 🤬

You really are unbelievable. I paid for a label for you to return the items through eBay which you didn’t use! So I am even more out of pocket due to your mistake. I will be refunding you minus postage costs when I return from holiday. One thing I aren’t is dishonest. On the other hand you clearly bought Childrens Crocs for an adult.

Crocs arrived quickly. However, the sizing is confusing! I ordered my usual Croc EU size understanding that they would have the American equivalent on the base. But they are far too large and I will sell them on as they cannot be returned. My usual Crocs were made in Italy and these are made in Vietnam - maybe this could explain the difference in size. I am sorry to leave a neutral feedback but feel that, as confusion of size can arise, I should have been able to return item.

Not sure why it’s confusing. All Crocs are printed in USA sizing. The size of Crocs you already own are the size you should have bought. I’m not responsible for you ordering a different size unfortunately.
