The 1st bench I orderd I noticed the name was spelt incorrectly, I messaged the seller & he arranged for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible, that was all good until it arrived.....On the 2nd bench (the replacement) the wording didn't make sense & it was broken into pieces so I could even piece it together. If I could give zero stars I would I'm just glad I've got a refund, I will never by from again, very rude & arrogant when confronted with evidence ie the photos I sent.

We did in fact make a mistake which was quickly sent out, The exact wording was engraved as requested. the buyer had then broken the legs trying to fit them on the bench, and instead of being honest and letting me know they said they were broken in transit, which as anyone who has purchased these benches ill know its impossible for the legs to break in transit due to how they are packaged. Clearly the buyer is upset as they have broken the bench but rather than admit fault blame us instead.
