There is an inside rim chip on the jar (concealed by the lid - see photos) - no wear to the hp enameling, losses to the original gold stenciling - the lid is a newer replacement that fits the jar well - the frame has the original finish with a darkened, aged patina to the silver parts, with a gold tone, double hoop handle ending with a hook to hold the lid! Circa 1890's”
