Although it is 'ok' the little clip inside the hose handle that sanps into the wand and holds it in place is loose so that teh wand keeps slipping off the handle...frustration. I had hoped that, though used it wouldn't have problems like that....will now have lo look for yet ANOTHER similar hose /handle item
