Selby-jewelry, will then leave you, the purchaser, to either pay the outrageous fee or fight it out with UPS. I purchased a piece of jewelry from selby-jewelry and not a lawsuit or a fight with UPS and/or customs. Buyer beware of the unscrupulous dealings of selby-jewelry on ebay.
