    2d Blue was bought as a gift for my father. I honestly know half nothing about stamps, but it was as-described, excellent condition, especially as it is over 170 years old, and delivered quickly. It was well packed in a board back envelope. As a bonus, it came with a freebie attached to the front of the envelope. Would buy from this seller again.
