Frame was in good shape, but the components had several problems and were nowhere close to the "near mint" and "lots of life left" condition described in the listing. I detailed out the issues and communicated them to the seller, and they sent me a partial refund (which was just a little over half of what I requested). I agreed to that just to avoid further back-and forth. Communication was prompt and courteous. Shipping speed and care was good.
