Received the wrong item with the lower spec processor and ram (8gb instead of 16gb) and contacted seller for refund the same day. After a few days and having to remind them and follow up I received a shipping label and shipped it back. My refund stats said I should get my $520 back 3 days after the item arrives. Instead of going back to the origin address it went to Shenzen China, I now need to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive in CHINA before I get a refund.
