Ordered 5/15, shipped 5/18 and received 5/22, can't beat that shipping from China to Virginia!! Item is as described and so far works perfectly!! Need a 10mm driver to remove a few screws and the torx driver i received was the wrong size for the bracket screws but I already had all of that so no big deal at all!! The install is pretty straight forward if you watch a few YouTube videos. The Sync 3 upgrade is well worth the money! Would recommend for sure!!

Works as advertised and provides huge upgrade over Sync 2 with addition of Android Auto and better interface/speed. Excellent packaging and includes all tools needed for install. Instructions covering removal of old components and installation of new are not super clear but YouTube videos covering similar installs are readily available.

The tools that come with the panel are garbage and broke almost immediately. it came with the M\\\ logo on the panel as well which I didn't want. Well worth the price tho as long as you want the "brand logo" on it. Do yourself a favor and pry the existing one off with a small flat-head screwdriver. No need to disassemble the whole thing like I did when the tools all broke and I assumed it was mounted under the trim, it is not.
