The packaging was not stable enough in the large box.It came in and no fragile sign on the outside of the box was noted so I'm sure it got tossed around in shipping . When I received it, it was crushed on the bottom of the machine.Reply from: ntac_treasures- Feedback replied by seller ntac_treasures.- Feedback replied by seller ntac_treasures.I refunded buyer immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. I take pride in my shipping and have not had any issues with items not arriving safely. Most of the time feedback on packaging is excellent. If I had multiple of this item I would have gladly sent it out unfortunately this was the only item i had in stock. Again, I refunded the buyer.
