I live in N AZ, where there is only one depot, so I have always used authorized ship centers like Safeway. The package left there at 2:30 PM, same day. The delay was at the depot/airport as Express is flown to Phoenix and there can be issues with the plane/space, other packages I shipped that day were only 1 day late. The last delay was when it arrived in his area and they didn't put it on the truck. The buyer was impatient from the start even though I met every shipping timeline/requirement.
