This part in brass worked really well as opposed to the plastic square style that was originally used..Ive replaced it before with another plastic style that was available, and it worked but still required effort to obtain reverse..this brass bushing is awesome, reverse is very easy to shift into now..hope it lasts a long time..highly recommended.
