Unfortunately the item was delayed by USPS and arrived late so the item was returned/refunded. But seller went above and beyond with communication.

Mailed the card almost immediately. USPS was delayed in my area, never scanned the package on time, and was soon dealing with a personal emergency and couldn't check the status of the card on the post office, which the buyer was messaging me everyday. The only logical sense for the seller is to offer the refund. Of course card shows up several days later, which is an unacceptable USPS delay on their end. Will be asking for a revision here.
