I bumped the the spool to let out the line and the spool came apart because the nut did not do as it was designed to do

It was shipped in a bubble wrap bag that that was torn open on the edges of the bracket. It should have had a little padding on the corners to prevent it ripping the envelope. Luckily the hardware was in a separate bag I side another protective bag on the bracket. I would of still purchase again as I thought it was a good value.
