Seller said it was in excellent shape. It arrived broken. He said he was sorry and to send it back but gave me the run around with the final cost I would have to pay for a product never received. I believe He knew it was broken and from His own Pictures I see that it was broken. I learned to really check Pics first and also sellers with same situation react much better and just give refunds.

I offered to provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned product, but the buyer never shipped it back. Her statement of "...a product never received..." is false since she said it arrived broken (???). There was no run around - the buyer stopped communicating and then left unfair negative feedback. SELLERS BEWARE - I have since blocked this buyer from bidding on any future auctions of mine, since it is obvious from her last statement (above) that she has done this to other sellers too.

Was packed really well. The only thing I would’ve wanted to be informed of is that a piece of the figurine was broken. It was described as in perfect condition in the post. Not very noticeable; but I know because I have a Lladro collection and I am knowledgeable of the pieces because I worked for an Import Store and use to sell them. The price was good and I still would have bought it like that. Again, packaging was great and the flower was broken prior to be packed it was not in packaging.

Sorry to hear a flower was broken - I compared this figurine to the photos available online and did not notice any broken or missing flower petals. There were a few of this figurine I saw with many petals broken, so I can understand this might be a typical issue. Thanks for understanding!
