They wanted a refund in 4 days and USPS wouldn't even agree that it was lost. Filed with ebay for refund in 8 days and USPS sent the product back to us that week. Sorry it got lost. Not sure why they are attacking us instead of USPS, which is the service they asked us to use to ship to them.
