It's the typical, soft type of 3d printed plastic. It's brittle enough that I broke the first section off of the picatinny rail connected to the fore grip. It's still plenty functional after I sanded it. I wonder about the longevity of the product. It's a little bit overpriced, in my opinion, but the next best option is a very expensive rifle. It is comfortable to hold. I did have to add an optic. No problem there. Overall, I like the product. I hope it lasts.
