Happy customer. Although the description says this computer is refurbished, it appears to be a new, unused unit with no signs of dust anywhere, including on the fan blades. It does have a very small dent on one edge which is difficult to see. The one I received is an XE4, which is an upgraded OptiPlex 7000. I have no regrets and would buy this again.
