Nous avons cherch valuer la tenue de ces modules aux contraintes de cyclages (actif et passif) sous temp ratures ambiantes lev es. Le premier chapitre pr sente les tests exp rimentaux r alis s en cyclage actif durant lesquels nous avons cherch valuer la tenue des modules IGBT (600V-200A) diff rentes temp ratures ambiantes de jonction. Afin de comprendre les m canismes physiques mis en jeu dans la d gradation de l'assemblage, les essais ont t arr t s d s lors qu'un indicateur de d faillance laissait supposer une initiation de processus de d gradation. Dans la deuxi me partie, nous nous sommes focalis s sur la tenue des brasures substrat/semelle dans des conditions de cycles thermiques passifs. Sachant qu'habituellement le facteur d'acc l ration retenu est l'amplitude des cycles thermiques, nous avons cherch valuer non seulement l'effet de l'amplitude des cycles mais aussi les niveaux des paliers haut et bas sur l'initiation des fissures.
