Item arrived rather quick. Although I have only briefly looked at it, as I added a bit of oil on the screws, I noticed looks as though someone had at some point either opened it or tried to open it to possibly clean the face or something.

This part is almost 100 years old... It was sold as needing repair. The pictures shown are of the factory clamping points to affix the chrome trim ring to the housing.
