I ordered 2 different designs, (4 & 6) and I got two of the same design. I've been trying to ask them to resend me the right one and offered to return the wrong one, but the best they've offered is a 30% refund on the incorrect item. And that is after a week of writing to them. Last communication I asked for a full refund or replacement and they have gone silent. Shame as it is a nice product.
