Both were missing lens adjustment collar (but item still works without them). Missing cables and power cords and minimal packing protection for the quantity, size, and weight. When notified the Seller sent out the missing cords right away and one of the power cords sent was for a motorola modem. lol. everything still works though, more a testament to Epson for making a bulletproof item that works with different power adapters.
