    I was given 2 left pegs I'm not sure if this was by accident but no matter what I couldn't put my right peg on but sure enough when tested both pegs on the left side it worked perfectly. I know each side is supposed to twist opposite directions because of the threading but this pair that I bought just wouldn't twist on for the life of me and I have purchased pegs from here before that work flawlessly.

    There's no such thing as two left pegs. Each peg is threaded for M10-1.0 pitch. Your peg axle is crossthreaded.
