All conditions were great of the item(s) as I bought and purchased several for my pairing of light-use item. For the SANSI 20W led that was warm-white, you must do a 'break-in' of starting up the bulbs by turning them on for the first several minutes of near 4-minutes total then turning them off. (Please do not Forget).. On the second time of 'turning them on', you must start them up again after "about' 9 hours later afterwards - for about 5-6 mins
