        There was 17 pictures in total showing the condition as well as in the description the condition was mentioned. The buyer didn't reach out to me expressing any dissatisfaction. I reached out to the buyer offering a return if they didn't want the clock any longer due to missing the damage. The buyer hasn't responded back to me in the last few days. Sorry you missed the damage but it was shown and mentioned in the description. It's never my intention to mislead anyone. Thank you!!
