With two units bad out of the box, this wasn’t a shipping error or user mistake. When contacted, they tried to blame us, saying we ordered the wrong kind of RAM. They stated this was out of their control and offered a 60% refund if we kept the broken sticks. Only after we explained we're a refurbisher and fully understand the difference between DDR3, DDR4, SODIMM, etc., did they issued a full refund.
