Multi-order. One pair (not this one) was mis-labeled at facility. Received WIDE instead of MEDIUM advertised. Honest error. Told seller that I did not have time or means to return in near future and questioned economical factor for them to pay return shipping anyway. Told them I would donate that pair to charity. Sent pics of actual boots and box showing labeling error. Asked for credit on a future order. Seller refunded only $5.00. I’m kind. Can’t help it. But overall pleased.
