Received Luisi steering wheel hub kit S2503 with horn ring split open and loose on the hub. Contacted seller with photos, seller replied, "You can just push it back and it will be fixed" Horn ring is cracked open and hub surface is uneven, horn ring will not stay flat or secure on the hub! Started EBay return and ordered another S2503 hub kit from seller before I got the poor response because only one was left, Beware!
