The item sent was not as described. Here is the photo they have on the listing and the actual measurements was taken upon receiving the item.
Seller also charges $8 for shipping, refused to give full refund on shipping and only offered partial refunds.
Don’t buy from them, others had similar issues before, wish I read the reviews prior buying. Now I have to go through eBay and PayPal customer service to gain support for this case.

Sorry that unfortunately there has been a complete misunderstanding with the buyer here . When creating a listing for my shirt I measure two things ; The armpit to armpit and the shirt from the top of the collar to the very bottom. The customer thought the length measurement of the shirt was the "Sleeve " Measurement. He did not send me photos . I informed him that he can receive a refund when the shirt is returned. I still honor it. All buyers please ask if you wish to know The sleeve length TY
