    Seller canceled my order after I paid for it, claiming item was "Out of stock or damaged." He then sent me an Ebay email stating "I have to cancel your order. It will cost me $27.45 to ship this cable." So, he actually canceled my order because the shipping cost was more than he wanted to pay. I think this is a violation of Ebay seller policy.
