They emailed me that they couldn't find any problems. We agreed they would send it back for just a $25 "bench fee". I commend their honesty. They could have charged the full price and I'd have been none the wiser. I'd happily do business with them again.

Once I had purchased the service I felt informed and looked after from beginning to end. Extremely professional and great communication. I was updated as my device moved through their facility, receiving the news it was fixed. Found Nick's repair service and decided to go that route instead. They did the common fix, tested for that and sent it back. Turned out the CPU was also bad which required extra service and specialized equipment. Decided to go with it and am pleased to report everything is good! Nick's maintained great communication throughout. Great eBayer, excellent service, will definitely use again. A+++++++
